High-Iron Dumpling Ramen


You will need:
➡️ 1 Lucky Iron Fish/Leaf
➡️ 6 cups of broth
➡️ 0.5 cup soy sauce
➡️ 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
➡️ 1 tbsp grated ginger
➡️ 1 tsp sugar
➡️ 0.5 cup bok choy cut in wedges
➡️ 0.5 cup shredded carrot
➡️ 0.5 cup shredded cabbage
➡️ handful chopped mushrooms
➡️ handful frozen dumplings
➡️ 1 pack of ramen noodles
➡️ garnish: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, sesame oil, + seasoning pack that comes with the noodles
Directions:
Bring the broth to a rolling boil. Then add in the Lucky Iron Fish/Leaf along with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, and sugar. Continue boiling for 10 minutes to fortify the broth with extra iron! After 10 minutes, remove the Fish/Leaf.
Next, add in the veggies, dumplings, and noodles. Simmer until noodles are cooked.
Serve in a bowl with ample amounts of broth. Add garnish and enjoy!
