Iron Infused Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Lucky Iron Fish Ice
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks ⁠⠀
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 sliced green apple ⁠⠀
  • Few slices of cucumber ⁠⠀
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free plain yogurt⁠⠀
  • 3 tablespoons honey ⁠⠀
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional⁠⠀
    ⁠⠀⁠⠀

Directions

 Blend it all together until you’ve reached your desired consistency for an iron-packed drink.⠀
