Iron Infused Kiwi Smoothie


Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed Iron Ice*
- 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 sliced green apple⠀
- Few slices of cucumber
- 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Directions
