Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Iron Ice*
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 sliced green apple⠀
  • Few slices of cucumber
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free plain yogurt⁠
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional⁠
* Freeze your iron-infused water

 

Directions
