Iron Packed Smoothie Bowl


  • 2 cups of Lucky Iron Fish Water ⁠⠀
  • ⁠2 cups of frozen dragon fruit⁠⠀
  • ⁠1/2 cup frozen beets (or any red berries if you don’t have beets)⁠⠀
  • ⁠3 medium ripe bananas previously peeled, sliced, and frozen⁠⠀
  • ⁠3 Tbsp Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder ⁠⠀
  • ⁠1/4 cup dairy-free milk ⁠⠀

⁠⠀Optional toppings

  • Coconut flakes⁠⠀
  • Fresh fruit⁠⠀
  • Hemp seeds⁠⠀
  • Granola⁠⠀
  • Dates⁠⠀


  • Blend frozen dragon fruit, frozen beets/ berries, banana, protein powder, and dairy-free milk until creamy and smooth. ⁠⠀
  • Divide between serving bowls and enjoy as is or top with fruit fruit, granola, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes (optional).⁠⠀
