Iron-Rich Lemonade

Best tasting and easiest way to boost your iron? Iron-enriched lemonade AND
iron-enriched ice cubes! 



- Lucky Iron Fish/Leaf

- 6 cups of water 

- 6 lemons

- 2 cups sugar

- Lucky Iron Ice Cubes

1️⃣ Boil 4 cups of water. Once boiling, add 3-4 drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice and the Lucky Iron Fish/Leaf. Continue to boil for 10 minutes. Then remove the Fish/Leaf.  
2️⃣ While the Fish/Leaf if boiling, in a separate saucepan add 2 cups of sugar to 2 cups of water to make a simple syrup. Bring to a simmer and stir so that the sugar dissolves. 
3️⃣ Allow the iron-infused water and syrup to cool. In the meantime, juice all 6 lemons. You can save a few slices for garnish if you wish. ⁠⠀
4️⃣ In a large jug or bottle, combine the lemon juice, the syrup and the, iron-rich water. Your lemonade is ready!!!⁠⠀
5️⃣ Serve over a glass of "iron" ice cubes and throw in your favourite fruits for an extra pop of colour! Cheers!!⁠⠀
