Iron Boosted Lemon Water

Starting 2021 off right by staying hydrated and getting that extra boost of iron in our water! 


1️⃣ Boil 4 cups of water. Once boiling add 2-3 drops of any acidic ingredient (citrus, vinegar tomato paste, etc.), as well as the Lucky Iron Fish/ Leaf.⁠

2️⃣ Continue boiling for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and remove the Fish/ Leaf. ⁠

3️⃣ Transfer the water to a jug and chill it in the fridge. Before serving, you can add fresh citrus or any other toppings of your choice (mint, cucumbers, etc.)⁠

💡Tip: You can also freeze some of the iron water in ice cube trays!⁠
