Tips for ensuring prompt and successful delivery

Duty and Customs Charges

Your order may be subject to duty, taxes or other import fees depending on where you live. Please check your country's import rules before ordering. Lucky Iron Fish is not responsible and has no control over fees levied by the country of import.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that the shipping times do not include the  processing time and are estimated based on the date they leave our warehouse.  Days are business days - they do not include weekends or holidays.

These are certain international locations (South America, the middle east, Africa and Asia) where additional delivery time may be needed or they may be less frequently served by our delivery partners and are handled by the local post once they reach the destination country.  Delivery to these regions is not guaranteed and customers order at their own risk. We can’t offer refunds or reships for missing orders where we can demonstrate that the order was shipped to these difficult to serve locations.

Customers do have the option of paying for courier delivery service to guaranteed door to door delivery.  Please contact us at info@luckyironfish.com to arrange delivery by courier.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order after you've placed it, we will try to accommodate your request. Orders are shipped promptly so please contact us right away so we can cancel or change  it before it has been shipped.  Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel or change it. If this happens, we will work with you to facilitate a return once your order has been delivered.   Please contact customer service by:

Returns

Please make sure Lucky Iron Fish is the right product for you before ordering by visiting the FAQs .  Also, be sure to follow use and care instructions provided with your fish. We will only accept returns or offer refunds for damaged products or if we've made a mistake on your order that can't be promptly fixed.
